I have been living in the same apartment building for 10 years now.  During that span of time, I got close to Mrs. West.  She is a 50 year old lady who has been living alone ever since I can remember. Unknown to my other neighbors, Mrs. West is a diabetic.  Sadly, her health condition over the years has worsened.  Now, her insurance will not cover some of her medication bills.
I understand how difficult it must be for her, so to help her out, I will have let go of some of my jewelry.  There are several jewelry buyers who offer cash for jewelry.
Knowing that time maybe running out for Mrs. West, I wasted no time.  I immediately contacted the jeweler for price quotations, as well as, for schedule to appraise the jewelry.  Without proper appraisal, I will not get cash for gold. 
When I went to the jewelry store for my scheduled visit, I was greeted by the owner.  She was so kind to me, and decided to offer me a higher price after I told her the reason why I am selling my gold.

I can’t believe how irresponsible my brother is with his house.  His lawn is the habitat of pests, insects, and bugs.  I asked him when was the last time he actually spent time taking care of the lawn, then, he answered six months ago.  Even worst, he said he has no plans of wasting his time cutting the grasses and spraying pesticides because he has asthma.
