I was given a store credit at the local computer shop when my repair man showed up late last week. The manager felt really bad that it had happened and asked me if a store credit of one hundred dollars would be enough to make the matter go away. I agreed to it and he assured me that we would not have any other issues like this every again.

I drove to the shop and was looking forward to cashing in my store credit on some used hp servers that I had planned on buying anyway. The repair man not showing up on time just gave me a little more money off of the used proliant servers that were already being sold at a great price. I asked for the manager to help me with my purchase since I had talked to him just a few days ago.

The manager was not thrilled with the fact that I was using the money towards the used proliant servers but he had not given me any stipulations on how I could or could not use the store credit and was probably kicking himself right about now. I was happy to leave the store with my used proliant servers that were super cheap minus a hundred dollars.

The team of computer geeks that opened up an office right next to my practice is apparently the best SEO services team in the world. I do not know how that is measured, maybe by how well all of their clients sites rank, or just by approval ratings from customers but that is a pretty good title to have in this day and age where computers run everything and ranking is the only way to survive.

I walked over and welcomed them to the building and they were all very nice but you could just tell that they wanted to get back to work. They had just picked up ten new accounts just from our building and they needed to start on them since they also offered guaranteed SEO.

I never knew that there were companies that offered guaranteed SEO but I guess that it was a way to get more contracts. More contracts to me, means more money but also more work. I excused myself and wished the guys good luck with their new office. I was glad that I had met the SEO services team and found out how nice they all were. I may be able to use them sometime in the future if I ever get a website built for my practice.

For three years now, I have watched all the neighbors around me install wrought iron doors and wrought iron gates. I would love to have them but know that I cannot afford to. I have been out of work for the last two years and have been working temporary jobs to get by. I have trouble making the mortgage every month, let alone indulging in things such as wrought iron doors and wrought iron gates that I really do not need.

If I ever find another good paying full time job, I will most definitely make wrought iron doors and gates on the top of the list for things that I want. For now, I will have to stick to the list of things that I need and those are it.

I do however know exactly the color and style of wrought iron doors and wrought iron gates that I will get, if I ever can. I chose them a long time ago when I was home bored and surfing the net shortly after I lost my full time job. It helped me at first, but now it is just depressing. I have put at least twenty applications out there every single week and now wish that I had done forty , to increase my odds.

I keep seeing this guy’s name everywhere and I have never taken the time to figure out exactly what he does till now. I have stopped searching the web to see what this Danny DeMichele does. I am not paying the money for the book that he wrote, but I will read the reviews and stuff and all his bio stuff on his social networking pages.

I have been reading everything I can find, and that is a lot, and can only decipher that he really knows how to help people with marketing their websites and themselves, if they need it. I am not sure how much he charges but since he has worked with places like McDonalds and Prudential, he must know something about what he is doing. I would love to see if he could make my new video game website receive better traffic, but I have no money.

If this Danny DeMichele would put a price list on his site, then I might know if he is someone I could afford or not. More than likely not since I am only working a minimum wage job and still living with my parents. I aspire to be just like Danny DeMichele someday and have tons of articles written about me on the internet.

The salesman from the dell repair store has offered us a great deal that is just too good to pass up. He has two fairly new poweredge servers that he had to repossess from a company that had not made their payments on time. I think that the company had actually closed their doors prior to the dell repair salesman taking them away.

I asked him if I could discuss buying them with some of the other partners in the firm, before making a decision and he said that he would give me twenty four hours, and then he would find someone else to buy them. I called a very quick meeting in the conference room for all the partners, over lunch to discuss if we wanted to buy the poweredge servers or not.

It took the partners ten minutes to discuss the price, the need and the kind of servers we were talking about and we came to the decision that we could almost not afford to buy them. I think that we all knew that these were being offered at a very low price and even if we did not need them at this time, we would in the future and we would not find them this cheap then.

My brother just recently had to close down his company. The stock market crash played a big part in his decision to close the doors. He had been selling computer equipment for the last twenty years and had become very successful with it. He had more than fifty employees, but he had to let them all go.

He had decided to get back to selling system x servers over the internet, which is the way he had started out. When he had more orders for system x servers than he could handle back then, he opened up the office. He only had about five employees at first but with each year, the company grew and grew.

He had estimated that they had sold somewhere in the range of twenty to thirty thousand xseries servers over those twenty years. He knew that if he went back to just being a one man show, that he could still make it work but he may have to work a little harder. If he could just sell one sixteenth of the xseries servers he used to, he could make it since he did not have any of the overhead like he did before. I for one know that he will be just fine and who knows; maybe someday he will be on top again with even more employees.

While trying to find the cheapest paint home interior company in town, I had to interview many companies. It took me four weeks to complete those interviews and come up with the best paint home interior company that would get the big contract from my boss.

My boss owns seventy five rentals all over this state and he needed for all of them to be completely redone with paint on the inside. He was planning on refinancing all of them at the end of the year and knew that they needed to be spruced up, to help with the appraisals.

I think that he will be very pleased with the painting company that I found and hired. Their proposal was twenty thousand less than anyone else’s. This gave them a huge advantage in the interview process. I only made sure that the gentleman, who came for the interview, had all of the necessary paperwork for me like insurance, and workman’s compensation insurance papers.

I hired the painting company to start on the project right away, since I knew that it would take them the better part of the year to complete all of them. I asked them to send pictures of each completed homes before and after pictures and I would make sure that they got paid for it.

When the neighborhood center located in the heart of the city was given a grant to do upgrades to their building, they hired someone to remove the old windows and put in some more efficient vinyl windows. I knew from volunteering there on the weekends that their windows were old and drafty.

I was happy to read in the paper that the company that was doing the removal of the old windows and the installation of the efficient vinyl windows had offered to waive the installation fee for the new windows. The fact that they did that, made it possible for the neighborhood center to upgrade the new windows to the fancy vinyl casement windows that would look great with the design of the old building.

The big open house to show off the new vinyl casement windows and the other upgrades they were able to do, was scheduled for the Sunday before Labor Day. I could not wait to see it. They had closed it down for about two weeks to complete all of the projects without anyone in the building, it would go quicker and it would be safer.

Just pulling up to the building, it gave you the sense that it was going to look fantastic inside since the whole outside had been transformed.

When I called the Colorado window company that I found online, they were very helpful with all the questions that I had. I had wanted to get new windows for about five years now and had a list that showed that. I think there may be at least thirty different questions on it, but the Colorado window company that I contacted answered every single one of them.

The other thing that I was looking into doing is having a Colorado deck company put on a small deck on the back of the house. I am sure that this will not cost near as much as the windows but I still want it done. I just want somewhere to put a small table and chairs and possibly the grill so that we have a space to entertain in the summer.

My husband is really not worried about entertaining and thinks that we should take the money from what the Colorado deck company would charge and buy a new flat screen television for the family room. There is no way that I will let him do that. I want the outside of my home to look nice and I am hoping that between the Colorado window company and the deck company, I can achieve that.
