The vintage feel of  my kitchen in this newly renovated North Carolina Victorian home is anchored by a custom Victorian-inspired cabinets, an impressive wood-arched creating a warm welcome.  Decorative moldings on each side of the window and an island in the center of it all—prove to be no less—a gorgeous image. But one can not surely miss the kitchen pantry organizer along the edge of a hallway. Made by a trusted company from Raleigh, NC, this particular room was extended to accommodate my pantry.

The plan was to create a convenience without sacrificing too much. And so my pantry was put in place as well as the rest of my materials. I even had a book shelves to accommodate my hand-me-down recipes and give away cookbooks.

My closet organizer near the kitchen also opens up some big changes in the house. We used to place our outdoor boots and jackets in the garage, but now we can placed it there for its sole purpose; convenience and organization. What used to be an empty space is now an all-around room. I tried their service a little over 10 years ago, when they were still starting with their business. Oh, they gave me the best deal! I can proudly say that this  kitchen remodeling contractor is not like any company i know. They will personally handle your queries and the owner themselves will design for you. Talk about impeccable customer relations and utmost service.

10 years in, my kitchen still looks great. Of course, in between I had to call them for minor repairs or changes – but that was just about it. No major problems, no big chips, no unfixable breaks; NO NOTHING! Every visitor I had in my home would look at my kitchen and be amazed with it. They always tell me: “Oh Thelma, that must be one costly kitchen!” I always give them the number of who to call and say with a smile: “I don’t know that word”.

I couldn’t agree more that the Cary home remodeling crew was a winner in all aspects. The living room was developed into a very spacious area despite the limited space. The guest room was very functional. The dining area was very lovely. They made it look like very casual yet very elegant. The rooms were remodeled according to the ideas of the room owners which gave identities to each specific room. It was such a joy touring the rooms of the house.

Their home remodeling Garner branch was the one I went to about the services but since I lived in Cary, they referred me to the other office.

It was a very good feeling seeing those wonderful pictures online. I am weak when it comes to nice kitchens and dining rooms. It was just superb – I even wiped a tear. I needed a home renovation so badly because I know that would make me feel really happy. The kitchen looked very posh and I am sure that we will have a fun time cooking together with my family.

This is the third time in fifteen years that we did some house remodeling. And I can safely say that this one is the best one because the kitchen still looked exceptional. I am very happy and maybe it would take us another fifteen years to do a remodeling again because we are very satisfied of how it looks. We needed this boost and the aura that this house gives us definitely a different high.

My parent’s home in North Carolina looks like it’s from an ancient city. The interior and exterior paints were getting pale from its age. Sadly, it was neglected and its significance was forgotten. Despite its poor condition, I wanted it to be remembered just the way it was before. I called my local friend who is now working in a company doing house paint Raleigh based as one of their consultants. She asked about the house and went with me to see it. 

She begun telling me about their company and how they can help me out by putting home coating that increases its durability and so much that it can boost the home’s value. I agreed with her and soon the challenge began!

They stripped off the old paint and replaced it with fresher yet classic look. The carpet completed its look as it matched the wall color.  The house was turned into a beautiful piece of work with so much effort in it; likewise the project was finished with both the elegance and attractiveness that I was looking for. Thanks to my friend and the company she worked with, the house can now suit my contemporary way of life.

I was happy to see that the new courthouse has all the latest up to date plumbing fixtures that are on the market. I guess that they got everything donated from a new online company and they just have to do a little advertising for them. The waterless urinals that are in the men’s room are supposed to cut down on using so much water. The hand dryers are more efficient and they are going to make it so that the waste and mess of paper towels is no more.

I am happy to see that there are people still willing to give to companies and cities. Had it not been for the generosity of the online company, I am not sure that the courthouse would have waterless urinals or hand dryers.

For three years now, I have watched all the neighbors around me install wrought iron doors and wrought iron gates. I would love to have them but know that I cannot afford to. I have been out of work for the last two years and have been working temporary jobs to get by. I have trouble making the mortgage every month, let alone indulging in things such as wrought iron doors and wrought iron gates that I really do not need.

If I ever find another good paying full time job, I will most definitely make wrought iron doors and gates on the top of the list for things that I want. For now, I will have to stick to the list of things that I need and those are it.

I do however know exactly the color and style of wrought iron doors and wrought iron gates that I will get, if I ever can. I chose them a long time ago when I was home bored and surfing the net shortly after I lost my full time job. It helped me at first, but now it is just depressing. I have put at least twenty applications out there every single week and now wish that I had done forty , to increase my odds.

While trying to find the cheapest paint home interior company in town, I had to interview many companies. It took me four weeks to complete those interviews and come up with the best paint home interior company that would get the big contract from my boss.

My boss owns seventy five rentals all over this state and he needed for all of them to be completely redone with paint on the inside. He was planning on refinancing all of them at the end of the year and knew that they needed to be spruced up, to help with the appraisals.

I think that he will be very pleased with the painting company that I found and hired. Their proposal was twenty thousand less than anyone else’s. This gave them a huge advantage in the interview process. I only made sure that the gentleman, who came for the interview, had all of the necessary paperwork for me like insurance, and workman’s compensation insurance papers.

I hired the painting company to start on the project right away, since I knew that it would take them the better part of the year to complete all of them. I asked them to send pictures of each completed homes before and after pictures and I would make sure that they got paid for it.

When the neighborhood center located in the heart of the city was given a grant to do upgrades to their building, they hired someone to remove the old windows and put in some more efficient vinyl windows. I knew from volunteering there on the weekends that their windows were old and drafty.

I was happy to read in the paper that the company that was doing the removal of the old windows and the installation of the efficient vinyl windows had offered to waive the installation fee for the new windows. The fact that they did that, made it possible for the neighborhood center to upgrade the new windows to the fancy vinyl casement windows that would look great with the design of the old building.

The big open house to show off the new vinyl casement windows and the other upgrades they were able to do, was scheduled for the Sunday before Labor Day. I could not wait to see it. They had closed it down for about two weeks to complete all of the projects without anyone in the building, it would go quicker and it would be safer.

Just pulling up to the building, it gave you the sense that it was going to look fantastic inside since the whole outside had been transformed.

When I called the Colorado window company that I found online, they were very helpful with all the questions that I had. I had wanted to get new windows for about five years now and had a list that showed that. I think there may be at least thirty different questions on it, but the Colorado window company that I contacted answered every single one of them.

The other thing that I was looking into doing is having a Colorado deck company put on a small deck on the back of the house. I am sure that this will not cost near as much as the windows but I still want it done. I just want somewhere to put a small table and chairs and possibly the grill so that we have a space to entertain in the summer.

My husband is really not worried about entertaining and thinks that we should take the money from what the Colorado deck company would charge and buy a new flat screen television for the family room. There is no way that I will let him do that. I want the outside of my home to look nice and I am hoping that between the Colorado window company and the deck company, I can achieve that.

The list of MN roofers that I got from the Better Business Bureau is not very long. I do not know if that means there are not many roofers in MN or if there are just not that many that do good business. Anyway, I need to have one of them come out and give me an estimate on replacing my entire roof down to the decking. It is supposedly about thirty years old and I have noticed that when it rains, it has started to leak into the attic.

I think that it would be wise of me to also find a home remodeling company that will go up in the attic to see how much damage has been caused once the MN roofers have done their job to replace the roof and stop any more leaks.

If I were to have the home remodeling company come and give me an estimate now, it would be a waste of their time and mine since it may rain again and cause further damage prior to the roof job being completed. I never thought that four months ago when I bought this house, I would have to sink all of this money into it right away. I guess that I should have had it all inspected but the old owners assured me that everything was perfect with the house.
