If the wood home restoration company that just opened down the street can fix my wood siding, then I am going to hire them. It has not even been three years since this house was built, and the wood siding it cracking on the south side of the house. I am having a hard time figuring out why this is happening, but I know that I need to get it taken care of as soon as possible.

I should have asked the gentlemen who came out and looked at doing the paver restoration job for me last month, if he knew of any companies then that could possibly help me with this problem. He may have even known how to fix it himself, if he does more than just paver restoration, but I did not ask him.

I would think too, that when the wood home restoration company determines what is causing the cracking, it may be something that is covered under my home warranty but I will not know that until they come out and give me their professional opinion of what is going on with my house.

If this issue will not be taken care of by my warranty company, then I will have to turn it over to my home insurance company and see if they can cover it. I may have to see if it will raise my premium at all first though.
